In 2023, I received excellent service for a will, but since October 2025, it's been very slow to get a response by phone or email to schedule the purchase and provide the necessary documentation. And after going through them to buy my house, two months after signing the purchase agreement, I still haven't received my documents. When you call, the representative is too busy to explain anything and practically hangs up on you to get rid of the situation. Very disappointed with the service.

I do not recommend them for buying or selling property. The buyer had chosen them for the sale of my property. Although we signed in January and the appointment was scheduled for the same month, I only heard from them 10 days before the signing, at the beginning of June. I had to contact the seller to make sure everything was in order. I had also taken the time to call and leave a message to get the information, but I received no return call. Imagine selling a property and only finding out a few days beforehand! When I finally received an email, it was a generic template with no date or time. I received the correction shortly after, but coming from a notary firm, it's not reassuring.

My closing date was scheduled for May 1st, and with such a short timeframe, I couldn't find a notary available to handle my case in time. I contacted Lacroix Notaries, and Ms. Desbiens quickly reassured me, saying that if the documents were sent promptly, it would be possible. I therefore sent all the documents immediately, and thanks to their efficiency and speed, my case was processed on schedule. I sincerely thank Ms. Desbiens and Mr. Lacroix for their excellent service, professionalism, availability, and efficiency. I highly recommend their services! Juliana & Nicolas
