If customer service were an Olympic sport, the receptionist of Clic Notaire would proudly stand at the last position. I went in anticipation of professionalism – you know, the bare minimum for dealing with legal documents – and I was treated as if I were simply intruding them with my mere presence. Apparently, "hello" and "how can I help you" are top-of-the-range services not included in this facility. The receptionist's charm could be described as a mixture of airport security and grumpy. If sarcasm and eye bearings become one day of billable hours, Clic Notaire is about to become rich. Note to management: You may be the best notaries in Quebec (dream), but if the first person the customers meet acts as if each question were a personal attack, it ruins the "professional service" atmosphere a little. Perhaps it is time to remind your receptionist that reception is not a battlefield and that customers are not enemy combatants.

I was deeply disappointed with the level of service, particularly in my interactions with Victoria Cannon. Her approach lacked urgency, communication was unclear, and there appeared to be confusion regarding her roles and responsibilities. Overall, it was a frustrating experience conducting business with her.
