  Very disappointed! Having dealt with several lawyers in the past, this service is impersonal. There's no phone number to reach the lawyer; everything is handled through intermediaries. We want to understand our situation, to know what to do... but there's absolutely no way to speak to anyone directly, even after submitting a written request. I've never seen anything like it! After terminating the mandate my son had accepted, I called a lawyer I had previously worked with in a case involving the sale of my business. He answered my first call himself, and I was able to briefly explain my problem. I'm sending him my documents, and we'll talk in a few days to develop a plan. Now that's service!

  I used their services for my incorporation. I purchased an employer kit and mistakenly selected an additional one. I explained that it was an honest mistake, but they refused to refund the unwanted kit. Yes, it was my mistake, but I think the least they could have done was show some understanding, especially since I use their services for several purposes and will likely use them again in the future. To err is human, and good customer service is demonstrated in situations like this.

  I highly recommend the law firm of Jennifer Gay Avocate. I was particularly impressed by the speed of execution and the quality of the work performed. But what truly sets them apart is the clarity of their approach. Everything is explained from the outset, with a precise and transparent service offering. You know exactly how much the service will cost before you even begin! I love that! Of course, additional options are offered for specific needs or shorter deadlines, but the basic structure is clear. It's reassuring.
