My story with the law firm Blouin Avocats began somewhat by chance when I stumbled upon a Facebook Reel. The content was so engaging and compelling that I immediately subscribed and started regularly following all the updates shared with Soraya. It was thanks to her, in particular, that I realized the firm I was working with on my work permits was far from providing the quality and certainty of information I needed. That's when I decided to pursue my PEQ application with Blouin Avocats. My case was rather unique: I had accumulated 24 months of closed work permits before November 25, 2025, but I was missing 7 months of work due to my maternity leave. Two other offices had confirmed that I was ineligible. Despite this, my instinct led me to contact the Blouin firm. And shortly after, I came across a video reel that addressed my exact situation, the one I had just described to the firm. At that point, my mind was made up. The entire process took place via email, since I live in Montreal and the firm is located in Quebec City. Despite the distance, communication was seamless from beginning to end. My file was processed on time, the fees and contract were transparent, and I encountered no unpleasant surprises or hidden charges. I would particularly like to thank Adam Jombart and Amel Benamara, who completed my file with great care and professionalism. I also want to thank the entire team at Blouin Avocats for reassuring me, supporting me, and especially for taking the time to carefully review my case when others had simply told me it wasn't possible.
