As a first-time homebuyer, the legal side of purchasing a home was definitely one of the parts of the process that felt the most overwhelming. Whether it was through email or phone, I always received a quick response and never felt like any question I had was too small or insignificant. A special thank you to Tyra, who was my main point of contact throughout so much of the process and was absolutely wonderful. She was always on top of everything, incredibly responsive and made me feel supported every step of the way. What I appreciated most was how much time they took to make sure I actually understood everything. There are so many legal documents and details involved in purchasing a home that can be difficult to understand when you’re not a lawyer, especially as a first-time buyer going through the process on your own. Even on signing day, they went through every document with me, answered all of my questions, explained things in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before moving forward. I never felt rushed, and they truly guided me through everything step by step. Tyra were extremely knowledgeable, responsive, detail-oriented and professional, and she made what could have been a very stressful part of buying my first home feel incredibly smooth and straightforward. This is a professional firm who will walk you step by step through out the house buying and closing process, with a high level of responsiveness, support and responsibilities. They explained the process to us with clarity and transparency, highlighting key events and important dates which made us fully aware of your responsibilities and what we should be focusing on. They work as team where every team member is handling a certain issue in the process, but all are working with a great harmony that made us feel secure and comfortable.
