I would not use Russell Alexander under any circumstances. I hired them to sign a marriage contract (aka prenup) that my wife's lawyer drafted. In the intake call they quoted me somewhere between $1500-1800 but they wanted a $3500 retainer. 6 weeks later they used the entire $3500 and asked for $1000 more and I still didn't have a signed marriage contract. Throughout the process my lawyer, Ori Bergman, repeatedly tried to take the unnecessarily complex route, for example using more complicated financial disclosures, so that he could charge more. There were several other instances of their incompetence and disorganization that would be too long to cover here. It is my opinion that this is a company full of fraudsters that will do everything to take every penny they can from you while giving you the lowest quality of legal representation. Stay clear!

Both Michelle Mulchan and Michelle Snoek were very in depth when it came to my Seperation. I did find schedualing time very hard as Michelle was often on holidays. My intial appointment needed to be rescheduled as i booked online but few days later was informed she was in fact on Vacation that day. Was also charged for this mistake on their end which didnt seem fair. Also needed to send multiple emails when my Ex's laywer was contacting myself asking if i was represented by R.A Law and to see if paperwork was sent to them when i needed it completed in a timely manner. Also forgetting to CC me on emails and causing stress due to the fact i didnt think paper work was being sent to the opposing lawyer. Overall i felt like i was a little fish to them and would probably choose different representation if need be again.
