Thank you to the team Gabriel, Rose and Brent for their support . They made the whole process seamless. As I was out of the country for the whole time, they regularly kept me informed. Before hiring Rosen tax, I researched several other law firms and read through all the reviews carefully. That's why I hope my review would be helpful to someone who is looking to make an inform decision of which firm to hire. Within about 2 months working on my CRA audit, they charged me total of $35,000. They asked me for a bunch of documents that were useless to my case, yet it took me a lot of time and hassles to gather those documents. It proves that their knowledge about tax audit is limited. They said they helped me to reduce a significant unreported income with CRA; however, that amount could have been deducted anyway if I worked with just an accountant, as I had a consultation with an accountant before I decided to hire a law firm. That means my $35,000 did not help to reduce much of the wrongfully accused unreported income should I have done it myself. They then suggested me to keep hiring them to represent me in the tax appeal process, but I couldn't risk it with them again. Also, the $600 consultation fee they promised to become credit once I hired them did not happen! Their communication is prompt and thorough, but it's meaningless when result is not effective!

The experience I had with Rosen tax law was truly incredible. I have been dealing with what I thought was a never ending and confusing battle with the CRA. After reaching out to Rosen tax law I was put in contact with Jamie who assured me that the situation I found myself in was more common that I had thought and that they deal with issues like this on a regular basis. Not only had him and his team handled the issues but they managed to do so amicably which made the entire process much easier than expected. They were very forthcoming with what to expect and what steps would follow without confusion. 10/10 would recommend to those who find themselves in a sticky tax situation thanks again to the wonderful team at Rosen tax law.
