He was straightforward, professional, and took the time to carefully analyze my profile. He gave me a clear pathway: opening a branch in Canada, building Canadian experience, and then applying for permanent residence after one year. I followed that pathway, obtained my PR, and eventually my family and I became Canadian citizens.   WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS FIRM. I wish zero star review was an option. Ronen accepted a case and handed it over to Jason who did the bare minimum for the money and did not even have the courtesy to inform that he is leaving the firm. No proper guidance was given throughout the application and no genuine effort was put into the application. I have never seen a firm like this who is not professional in what they do. Ronen being the in charge lawyer should have made sure, the quality of the applications submitted by Jason was reviewed given that he was leaving the firm. I had to figure out on my own that the lawyer who was handling my mum's case had left the firm and it was then transferred to another lawyer Jean who felt the application submitted was not strong enough and tried to do few amendments to ensure a positive outcome. Few months back, I requested him to do an update to IRCC on a major circumstance and they failed to do so which ended up in a negative decision. A client should not be having to chase a professional firm with multiple reminders over a month to do an update to IRCC and they also failed to promptly inform me of the negative decision and did so after 3 DAYS!! IRCC Decisions are supposed to be informed the SAME DAY TO CLIENTS... Probably they felt guilty. Until today, not a single apology email from either Jean or Ronen and they just disappeared and did not care for the impact of the decision it had on the client's life with no accountability. All they cared was about the money. I would consider suing your firm for negligence, incompetence and unprofessionalism.
