I've worked with Pawlina Law on incorporating my business (and several other legal matters related to this) and I can't recommend highly enough. Karl is incredibly responsive and I really appreciate that he doesn't just handle the work; he makes sure that I understand it or teaches me how to maintain things myself. I would not hesitate to work with or recommend Karl. I needed contracts reviewed for my new interior design business and contacted five lawyers with the draft contracts I’d prepared for review. He was the only one who actually looked at what I’d sent and provided feedback. Working with him was seamless. He was extremely thorough, professional, and clearly explained everything along the way. Karol from Pawlina Law is the absolute best lawyer for anyone's business. He is calm, patient, caring, and most importantly, very honest. He takes the time to listen to and answer any and all questions that you may have. He listens to and delivers exactly what you ask for, but he is not afraid to give your his professional suggestions either. He helped me setup my Professional Physiotherapy corporation and to also draft an independent contractor agreement to use for years to come. He was timely with all his work and responses and I couldn't be more thankful. Pawlina Law's prices are also very competitive and its great that they don't charge extra for asking questions. I contacted several law firms and Pawlina Law struck the perfect balance for quality and value. I would highly recommend Pawlina Law to anyone looking for a business lawyer!
