I recently had a great experience with Matthew and his team. I'm a small business owner and they helped me amalgamate my two companies into one. They worked with my accountants and completed the entire process with very little of my involvement. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Had an experience with this guys and it was pleasurable. I wanted to incorporate and needed it done ASAP. I contacted a lawyer that told me so many things that needed to be done, and how it will take at least a week to get done; the bill he charged me too was on the high side. I complained to my colleague at work who referred me to this guys. Sent them a mail that morning, got a call by Juliana (I think that's her name). She got all the details needed and within 24 hours everything set up and I only paid just 2/3rd of what the other guy i spoke to charged. I was able to meet my timeline at a good cost. Thanks to this guys. They are professionals and good at what they do. I really appreciate your help. For now, they will be my first contact should I be needing any service they offer.
