Our family cannot thank Counsel Paul Westlake and the team at Mills & Mills LLP enough. Our Father had chosen to trust his Estate and family to Counsel Paul Westlake and Mills & Mills LLP many years ago and at his passing so did his daughters. From the very first consultation, the Counsel provided clear, reassuring guidance that has been invaluable through the first part of our journey. The Senior Estate Law Clerk Jane Kamakaris and Senior Legal Assistant Maureen Soederhuysen have managed the initial parts of the complex paperwork seamlessly, helping make this stressful situation feel highly manageable. We look forward to finishing out the last Estate processes under their expert guidance. We absolutely did not hesitate to use Mills & Mills for the Real Estate portion of the Estate settlement as well. It has been quite an amazing jouney with our lawyer Taras Kulish and Administrative Assistant Muna Hussein. I had googled multiple times, in various ways, through various questions to find the top Law Firm in Toronto to help us in our specific situation. Again and again, Mills and Mills LLP kept showing. Our choice to choose the top Law Firm is without doubt has been the best choice that we made. We came seeking for hope in our desperate situation and we found that hope actualized into solid, firm, reality. We found someone, namely, Taras Kulish, to represent us, our voice - who could speak on our behalf with the accuracies and exact representation of our feelings, thoughts and sentiments. It has been quite amazing, phenomenol and impressive as to all the work that has been done thus far and anticipating more to come as we continue in our journey with Taras Kulish. An honorable mention is to Muna Hussein who is Administrative Assistant to Taras Kulish. Muna has been quite amazing. I just wanted to acknowledge the excellent services of Mills & Mills Barristers & Solicitors. I found myself in need of legal guidance after the death of a family member. There were tons of questions, and I had little to no experience in dealing with the situation. I contacted the firm and from the outset Mills & Mills listened patiently and compassionately to my questions and situation. From the outset I felt comfortable in sharing details and more importantly dealing with a company that listened to what is said with open minds and responded with relevant and helpful questions and suggestions. From my first meeting with Michael, he advised regarding possible routes of action and steps for each option. I felt fully comfortable with his recommended plan, and we were off and running in short order. Thereafter throughout the process Mills & Mills provided step by step support. I felt especially comfortable with their admin staff as well, such as Jane, when I needed to ask questions along the way or needed help or even reassurance of any kind. The process was brought to a fully satisfactory conclusion and done in the proposed time frames. In summary I would and will recommend this firm at any opportunity as dependable and worthy of trust in legal matters
