I was looking for a franchise lawyer when I started a franchise a year and a half ago. I selected Jonathan after I spoke with him (interviewed 3 lawyers). I was pleased with his initial advice as he pointed out a few clauses and avised me on how to mitigate the risk associated with those. When things turned sour with the franchisor a year later, Jonathan was really of great helped, and developed a strategy to get me out at a minimum cost. And as it turned out, the end result beat all of my expectations. Jonathan saved me a lot a fair amount of money. I very highly recommend him.
