  My wife and I want to personally thank our lawyer Sandra Train and the team involved in our case, Sandra’s law clerk Elena Kudryavtseva along with Elena’s legal assistant Joelle Omrin and the rest of the team at HSH lawyers for outstanding an job in guiding us to a successful settlement in our motor vehicle injury law case. From the beginning, Sandra was very helpful and full of knowledge and information guiding us as we were in this dark tunnel, overwhelmed with so many obstacles and procedures, we didn't know where to turn next! Sandra was a great listener and very supportive! Sandra and the team made it very easy for us taking a lot of pressure off our minds and guiding us through the proper channels of the legal system and resources that were available to us. Sandra told me she had worked on the other side of the fence with the insurance companies which made her very knowledgeable on policy and procedure that was involved in this complex situation. This is the second time that our family has used Sandra in a legal case, as I had a brother of mine that I advocated for that was catastrophically injured in a motor vehicle accident. Back then I had reached out to numerous lawyers and interviewed them and I found Sandra to be the most straightforward honest helpful person I dealt with and did not come across like your typical lawyer. She is very compassionate, courteous , considerate and will go out of her way to help you. She would take calls or return calls without hesitation. It almost seemed like she was working 24/7 on your case. When we had our discovery, that's when the true lawyer comes out in her! She definitely knows what she's doing. I find that she under promises and over delivers and never wants to make any commitments that she cannot deliver on. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to anybody as she definitely will take the stress off you and guide you through the whole process. Believe me!! I know this for a fact! I was injured in a very serious motor vehicle accident and spent four months between hospital and rehab hospital and she was there beside me all the time calling and following up and asking how I am doing and telling me what the next steps are going to be and what to expect. The other thing I found that everybody at HSH lawyers seems to work as a team and they all communicate with one another and they know exactly what's going on. I wouldn't have any problems recommending Sandra to anybody! Job well done! Once again, THANK YOU, Sandra and the whole team at HSH !! Alex

  Thank you to HSH for all of your help during my personal injury case. Joel Dick, Victoria Yang, Cheryl Donko, and everyone else who helped me through this difficult time were patient, supportive, and always there to answer my questions. I had no idea what to expect going into a personal injury lawsuit, but they guided me through every step and took care of everything along the way. They made a stressful situation much easier, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I really appreciate everything they did for me and would highly recommend HSH to anyone who needs their help.

  My mother was subject to a retirement nursing home negligence. I had asked a few lawyers to take on my case. Many said No. Melissa Miller was willing to take on the case on behalf of my mother. From the first phone call, I liked Melissa right away and I was happy she could helped me with my mother's case. Melissa is very knowledgeable and understood what I went through. Melissa, is also very powerful with debating your case and stands strong in what she believes in. It was a pleasure working Melissa. This doesn't bring my mother back but hope the retirement home will change their protocols. Hope that nobody else has to go through what my mother did at the retirement home. I would highly recommend Melissa Miller!!!

  David Levy represented our family in a personal injury and wrongful death insurance settlement which has finally concluded successfully after almost seven years.
