Denis was fantastic to work with. He helped me navigate a fairly complex business/legal matter with a lot of moving pieces, and was sharp, responsive, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Most importantly, he delivered an excellent outcome and gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being handled properly from start to finish. Clear advice, strong execution, and great service overall. Would absolutely recommend Denis to anyone looking for a strong business lawyer.

Even though I did not retain the services of this firm. For a civil litigation case that I’ve been thrown into. The Lawyer that I was speaking with. Denis Grigoras was extremely helpful in the conversation that we had and relieving my stress and worries for this case. He was extremely knowledgable and very fourth coming with the knowledge that was needed and I seriously appreciate the help that he has provided.

Needed Denis help to look over the shareholder agreement between me and my partner. He used his vast wealth of expertise to address my concerns and even pointed out couple of additional things that were not necessarily in my favour. He then drafted revisions with great attention paid to the minor details which I appreciated. He was also quick to reply to my email and helped me handle everything within the tight deadline that I had. Overall I was very happy with the service.

I contacted Grigoras Law by email to request a consultation to discuss my civil litigation/personal injury matter (due to the negligence, intentional wrongdoings to cause me physical and psychological harm, and nuisance by several other parties, and I’m trying to seek compensation and justice for myself), and the possibility of handling my case on a contingency fee basis as I’m on disability due to a chronic, lifelong illness. Denis Grigoras responded to my email in less than an hour, and although the Firm was unfortunately unable to take on my case on a contingency fee basis, Denis went above and beyond and took the time to provide me with other suggestions and information that he didn’t have to. He obviously cares, and is passionate about his work, and about helping people. I am very grateful and appreciative for his time and his efforts. It’s just unfortunate of my financial circumstances as Denis is the kind of lawyer that I would like to have “in my corner” fighting for me and my rights.
