  Glukstein was referred to me by a friend in the insurance industry. My claim was a somewhat unusual personal injury case but the law firm saw the merits of my case and agreed to represented me. Jessica Golosky was my lawyer and she was patient and professional throughout the long process with all its twists and turns. She was transparent with everything and prepared us well for discovery. Eventually Ms Golosky negotiated a fair settlement, which was nevertheless impressive, given this case wasn’t straightforward. I am a physician (full disclosure) and I can say from my experience that that I wish she worked for the CMPA.

  On Feb 1 2022 I fell on an ice walkway and broke my ankle that required surgery to reattach it to me. I called and spoke to both Steve and Jonathan. Discussed my situation and they said they would take on the case. Through out the last 4 year's of this case Jonathon has kept in contact to make sure everything is good with me and just recently going back through surgery again to remove the hardware.
