Purchased a pre-construction condo some years ago and decided to go with Eran based on all the good reviews. He is super quick to respond to email and phone, explains legal terms easily for people with no real estate experience. He even caught a small mistake in builder's document and called them directly to have them fix it. I've recently closed this condo and again it was an easy straight forward experience with Eran
