I had the honour and privilege of having Heidi Brown as my lawyer, and I cannot say enough good things about her and her incredible team, Elisa and Melissa. After our serious motor vehicle collision on Highway 400 North in November 2023, they stood by us every step of the way. I would like to thank the entire team at Bogoroch for their incredible work these last few years while trying to settle everything with the MVA I was involved in. After a life changing motorcycle accident, shattering my wrist and pelvis and requiring multiple surgeries, Richard, Heidi and the Bogoroch team led my family through an extremely difficult time with caring, understanding and with the upmost integrity. As a Toronto Fire Captain who always put others first, it was reassuring to know that my family and I were always a priority to Heidi and Richard during my greatest time of need. The journey, through what was an unknown and overwhelming legal process, came to a quick and successful resolution after only 2.5 years. The thoroughness of their approach and their strong confident negotiating ability led to a 7 figure settlement on mediation day. From the very beginning they always provided clarity around the many questions we had, guiding us through every step, which allowed me to focus on my recovery.
