We have used Kormans LLP twice this year, each time working with Yashkaran. Initially to sell our home which went very smoothly. Recently we purchased our new home which was under a Power of Sale. We were warned beforehand of the possibility of complications of such a deal but agreed to the risks. As per warning, just as the deal was about to close, an unforeseen issue arose. Yashkaran explained everything to us in understandable layman’s terms. He kept us very calm and up to date of the entire process as it went through the courts. Happily it took less time than expected with a very favourable outcome for us. Yashkaran and his assistant Farah were very kind, patient and calming for us. Answering all our questions and phone calls promptly. We would highly recommend their superlative and professional service.

I had a very complex and time-sensitive real estate closing, and I’m extremely grateful for the support I received from Yashkaran and Christina. Yashkaran was professional, responsive, and persistent throughout the process. He took the time to explain each step clearly and advocated on my behalf during some very stressful negotiations, which ultimately made the difference in getting the deal closed. Christina was also excellent, organized, communicative, and very patient in coordinating documents and follow-ups. Together, they made a challenging situation much more manageable. I would not hesitate to recommend Yashkaran and his team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable real estate lawyer.
