I'll never understand why people love Jennifer Kwon so much. I have dealt with Jennifer as a client and she is the most incompetent person that I have ever dealt with. She was 30 minutes late for our scheduled phone appointment where I had to call the main office to get her to show up on time. She can't handle constructive criticism when you are unhappy with her service and she quickly gives up on you and she tells you to go to another trustee regarding your debts. She is proof that bad people like her get away with everything and the positive reviews about her are proving my point that she gets away with mistreating me. Highly NOT recommended unless you don't care to be gaslighted by her.
