Dear Noel & Associates, I am giving you one star for communication. You may be good lawyers, but communication with potential clients seems to be non-existent. I provided a detailed description of my case and emphasized that it was urgent. I called you multiple times, only to reach your answering machine each time—and yes, I left a message. I hope this “star rating” helps you notice the people who are calling before they become clients… or at least reminds the answering machine that it has a job to do.

Highly recommend Noel and Associates. They are professional, responsive, and incredibly thorough. They treat you like a neighbour not a number. They kept me well-informed throughout the process, explained every step clearly, and ensured everything was handled efficiently and on time. One of the more personalized services was that the Lawyer (Colin-Philip) drove to my mother's residence to have her sign the documents given her limited state of ability. According to her, and she's very discerning, Colin-Philip treated her patiently and respectfully throughout the process, taking extra care to ensure everything was clearly explained and understood. I truly felt that we were in excellent hands. Highly recommend Ghislain and his Team for anyone needing real estate legal services!

Highly recommend Ghislain Noel! He and his team were absolutely brilliant in assisting us with a rather stressful closing on our property. They worked outside usual business hours, were very prompt to respond to us and were always available with solid advice and options. They really looked out for us as their clients and we felt like we had their undivided attention even though we know they were helping others of course.
