Absolutely horrid experience. They are all over the place with appointments, give you wrong times , and charge 25% for canceling regardless of time. So you get trapped with the crappy service. Spent hours dealing with poor communication. Id list more that went wrong with the experience. But all that you need to know it's for the almost 80 dollars it costs to get one stamp, go literally any where else. You can be in and out with a lawyer in ten minutes and they will do bundle deals sometimes. Thanks to notary pro to making getting my own money harder than it already was.

I used Notary Pro for the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect with an online notarization, but the experience exceeded my expectations. The process was professional, prompt, and incredibly efficient. I thought it would take some time to receive my notarized document, but it was delivered to my email instantly. Fast, smooth, and reliable service.

The screen you enter your credit card info is large and not at all confidential from those standing immediately behind me at a work table. The seal and signature on the resulting document was so light it was illegible. I requested assistance numerous times from Staples staff and they were dismissive, unhelpful and did not want to be bothered. The notary herself was fine. I will not use this service again.

We needed to get a travel document notarized and our regular lawyer is downtown. We didn't want to drive an hour and pay for parking just for a 1 minute task. Attempts to find another local notary public (not just a commissioner of oaths) resulted in a headache of scheduling conflicts. Notary Pro was incredibly simple. It wasn't cheap but it was certainly convenient. Being able to locate and book appts online with no hassle was great. Fast, efficient, convenient. Happy to pay for the ease of access in this case.
