We contacted Immigration lawyer Ciara McLean as we were interested in hiring a temporary foreign worker as a Marine Service Technician. We had already spent countless hours and many resources trying to fill the position locally, however the only qualified candidate we found was not a Permanent Resident or a Canadian citizen. We were very hesitant to apply for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) due to the recent negative press but we took a chance and booked a consultation with Ciara. We are very glad we did as she and Ivanna guided us throughout the process and we now have an accepted LMIA!
