  You will only do good business with Veinna Kappell in a perfect world! Zero understanding when someone does something without making an appointment. When l went to the office to correct very minor mistake, she was very disrespectful just because I went to the office without making appointment! She was very ignorant and she the front desk gave me an appointment for next time but they made the appointment with someone else in the office while Veinna started the notarization and the government is clearly saying this person has to correct it. This was another issue l was with her because she told me she was busy for the second time and l had to make another appointment. Very rude unprofessional person!

  Very disappointing experience. We visited for a custodianship declaration and expected professional and respectful service, but instead we were met with a rude attitude. We also asked about translation assistance and were not given any helpful information or options. This was an important process for our family, and the lack of patience and customer service made it unnecessarily stressful. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, especially when dealing with legal and immigration-related documents. I hope the office works on providing a more welcoming and supportive experience for future clients.

  I had a very disappointing experience while completing a custodianship declaration. The employee who assisted us was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the process. We also requested a translator because English is not my mothers first language, but no options or assistance were provided. The interaction made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. When dealing with important legal and immigration-related documents, clients should be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism regardless of their background or language abilities. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service for future clients.
