I am very disappointed in Suzanne. We had a confirmed appointment with her. We showed up on time . I rang the doorbell , 3 times, phoned, and emailed her as I am at her front door.If course she would not know how much effort it required for my brother to get there. He has mobility and breathing difficulties and it is hard for him to get around. But HE showed up. She didn’t even have the courtesy to respond. We left there, I sent her a message to confirm if we had the correct time. It took her hours to finally respond . Her reply…” my bad. I got caught up in speaking to my contractor “. So unprofessional and so disrespectful. Do better ,I won’t be back and I would not recommend her

Suzanne did all the legal work on the sale of my home and the purchase of my new residence. She is a quality person who communicates well what is to be done & it is done. Every detail was taken care of & both transactions went smoothly. Thank you Suzanne, I very much appreciated all your expertise. Jo

Suzanne is absolutely top shelf, A One for anything required. Her experience and knowledge is outstanding. I am grateful for her down to Earth approach, empathy and professionalism. Although I had missed the ferry sailing needed to arrive on time for the scheduled appointment, Suzanne had already factored in that possibility so that when I arrived late and anxious to her office, she was able to fully accommodate me with the needed time to complete the necessary tasks. She reviewed all of the information in the carefully and competently prepared documents. Suzanne is a tremendous asset as a notary.

I have just had to find a notary urgently, one who would also be efficient. Suzanne Ormiston not only lived up to these qualities, I feel she went beyond, making sure that she knew what was necessary before and during the appointment. That made signing effortless for me. I highly recommend her.
