  I am a Realtor in Victoria, and Bhavi Tathgar was recommended to be by a fellow realtor. I called Bhavi after hours with an exceptionally short closing period on a deal I was working for my clients and although other Lawyers had said the timeline was too short, Bhavi stepped up and assured me he could do it. Not only was he able to complete the deal, but he was extremely pleasant to work with! He made sure to keep a great line of communication open so my client, as well as myself, were both in the loop of everything that was going on. My clients had nothing but good things to say, and I will be recommending Bhavi to any future clients!

  My husband and I have had the pleasure of dealing with Bhavi Tathgar for the past few years. He expertly guided us through the process of drawing up new wills during the difficult Covid shutdown. He most recently helped us with probate documents and our queries about the process - he is knowledgable, professional and lovely to deal with, we highly recommend Bhavi and his firm.

  My family recently moved to Victoria few years ago and we were ready to move to our new home. We were very lucky to work with Bhavi Tathgar in both buying and selling our home.   Pam and Bhavi were amazing with my conveyance, I was stressed out as it was my first home purchase but they took care of everything and walked me through the entire process. Pam was very lovely to correspond with throughout the entire process and super patient with me! Bhavi was very knowledgeable on everything I asked and provided some killer advice. 10/10 would recommend.
