  When I first hired Estiban, my case was a nightmare it had already been going on for over 10 years when he stepped in. He took control and he was amazing.. He knows exactly what he needs to do. He’s extremely professional and very upfront and honest.. I have worked with a few lawyers during my situation and nobody conducted themselves with as much integrity and honesty as Estiban. I’m so grateful and thankful to him and Jennifer for their service. They really are wonderful people..

  After a dog attack incident in 2022, my case was passed between several lawyers, and unfortunately none of them stayed on long-term. For various reasons, each one eventually dropped my case, which made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. That all changed when Jack McCaskill took over. From the very beginning, Jack showed a genuine commitment to seeing my case through. He went above and beyond to keep things moving forward and was clearly determined to get it resolved as efficiently as possible. After my previous experiences, his consistency and dedication were incredibly reassuring. What also stood out was how approachable and easy he is to talk to. Legal processes and terminology can be confusing, but Jack always took the time to explain things in a clear and simple way, making sure I understood every step. Working with Jack was a huge relief, and I finally felt supported throughout the process. He is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate lawyer.

  I am writing this review of my experience with the law Firm of Hutchison Oss-Cech Marlatt and specifically Esteban Kahs I had a particularly difficult matter before the Court in Victoria BC. I was one of 4 Defendants and two Plaintiffs. Esteban came to the file for the trial and did an outstanding job for me personally and my company. He was available to take my calls at almost anytime. His work ethic and grasp of the law was excellent. I myself practiced law as a Barrister for over 25 years and he handled the matter to the highest level. We won on all matters before the Court. I recommend him and his firm without hesitation.
