  I retained Lian Kubisz at Crease Harman in December for my separation, and eight months later I can say without hesitation that she is the reason a genuinely difficult chapter of my life ended in a fair, complete settlement at mediation rather than years of litigation. What sets Lian apart is the combination of intellect and judgment. Family law is full of moving parts (property, support, corporate interests, competing valuations) and she held all of it in her head at once, always three steps ahead, always able to explain exactly why a position was strong or weak before I committed to it. She was strategic without ever being aggressive for its own sake, and she negotiated with a steadiness that kept the temperature down and the file moving forward. She was also relentlessly respectful of my budget. She told me plainly where I could save money, did not run up hours she didn't need, and focused every dollar on outcomes. Crease Harman should know exactly what they have in Lian Kubisz. Any client walking into the hardest season of their life would be fortunate to have her in their corner. My highest recommendation.

  Crease Harman Law firm has been outstanding to work with. Lian and Kevin are very knowledgeable about tenancy law and have assisted the mobile home park that I manage in ensuring that we are always on point with our tenants. Both are also very responsive and at the same time ensure that if they are unsure of how to answer my question they do some research prior to getting back to me. I would recommend Crease and Harman and have recommended them when asked.
