  Excellent experience with Fabio McLeod and Kristie Piche throughout my conveyancing transaction. My purchase was not straightforward, particularly due to a tight timeline and the fact that I was overseas for much of the process. Kristie and Fabio were responsive, professional, and solution-focused throughout.   We worked with Jessica Izard for our home purchase and she was outstanding. From the start she was attentive, professional, and very clear in guiding us through the process. Real estate transactions can be stressful, but she made everything feel straightforward and well managed. What really stood out to me was how human she is with clients. She’s clearly very knowledgeable, but also approachable and easy to talk to. It never felt like we were just another file — she took the time to answer questions and make sure we understood everything along the way. Because of how positive the experience was, I’ve already come back to the firm for another legal matter based on her recommendation and plan to work with Jessica again in the future for things like estate planning. If you’re looking for a lawyer who is sharp, trustworthy, and genuinely great to work with, I would absolutely recommend her. She cares.

  I had the most amazing experience working with Russell Demerse at Cook Robert’s Victoria. Our family had to deal with a very stressful estate matter and without Russell’s incredible knowledge and guidance I surely would have been lost. Russell’s attention to detail, extraordinary communication and ability to keep me sane were just a couple of his many positive attributes. Susan, Russell’s legal assistant was also incredible and went above and beyond whenever she was needed.   As an executor, I had to deal with a lengthy and complicated estate matter and do so out of province. I feel fortunate to have been provided with regular and consistent support and expertise, as well as excellent guidance and service from Russell Demerse at Cook Roberts.
