I just wanted to express how grateful I am to my lawyer Keith Schille and the incredible team at Avize. Having undergone years of physical, mental and emotional pain, compounding stress and financial worry - that felt never-ending - knowing I had Keith and his team advocating for me, helped me immeasurably. I held such trust throughout a very intimidating process, knowing I had Avize onside to represent me. I felt heard, seen, respected, and cared for. Seeking help from a lawyer always seemed so scary to me and they are literal sweethearts who actually care about real people going through some of the hardest times in their lives. I am still processing it all. After seven long years of dealing with ICBC, I’m incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received from Avize Law Group. They were not only highly knowledgeable in their area of law, but also genuinely supportive throughout my entire medical journey as I navigated my recovery. Their expertise and compassion made an extremely difficult process so much easier to manage. Originally, I was working with a lawyer at another firm and found that they were unclear, unresponsive, and it did not feel like they cared about my wellbeing. After a coworker suggested I seek assistance elsewhere, I contacted Avize and was connected to work with Danielle. From that moment on, I had a completely different experience. Both Danielle and Sharisse went out of their way to answer every question I had, placing real importance on my understanding and comfort throughout the process. They recognize that while this may be routine for them, for a client it follows a traumatic, life-changing event, and they truly understand that and treat you accordingly.
