  The law group helped me out with a legal matter a few years ago. I was considering keeping them on until today when I called to ask for 2-3 business cards be mailed to my home and the receptionist was anything but helpful. She told me that I wasn't a customer, too. Tell that to my retainer receipt. She suggested I come from the North Shore to their office in Vancouver to pick up the business cards. Are you kidding me? You can't mail me 2-3 business cards? Bill me if you like. This local guide would have given a higher star rating, but the pettiness of the firm's response was just that, petty. The other law group that I have hired in the past said, "No problem, we'll send them right to you" on the telephone today...

  I had a great experience working with Taran. He was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable throughout my case. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process much less stressful. In the end, my case was successfully resolved.
