My wife & I employed services of Lucy for purchase of our first home. I loved the efficiency and professionalism of everyone. The responses were prompt, accurate and always resolved any queries we had. We had the pleasure of meeting Lucy just once because everything was done so efficiently and methodically, it was completed within one meeting. They completed all formalities regarding the purchase well before the closing date. This immensely helped in avoiding any last minute hurdles. During our meeting with Lucy, she took time to explain everything to us, answered all our questions and also explained future steps regarding owning the property and taxes and rebates available to us as first time buyers.
