  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Preszler Injury Lawyers enough, especially Seth Wheeldon and paralegal Roxanne Fonagy. I had a wonderful experience working with this team throughout my case, which ultimately settled out of court. I was dealing with a life-changing injury, and from the very beginning, Seth and Roxanne were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and hardworking. They always kept me informed, took the time to explain things clearly, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the entire process. I truly felt that they cared about my well-being and were committed to working hard to get me the outcome I deserved. Having a team you can trust during such a difficult and overwhelming time makes an enormous difference, and I am so grateful to have had them in my corner. Thank you to Seth, Roxanne, and the entire Preszler team for all of your hard work and support. I could not recommend them more highly!

  I’m very grateful to my lawyer, Raj Bhogal, Helen, and the entire team who worked relentlessly throughout my 7-year legal battle against ICBC. I happily settled my case at the end of mediation meeting in May 2026, and I truly appreciate all the work, guidance, and support they provided throughout those years. The timeline varies for everybody when it comes to ICBC because every case and situation is different. Most importantly, Raj and the team had a strategy that kept me disciplined and helped me maintain my composure throughout the entire process. I trusted their advice, and followed everything that was expected of me. Also, I made sure that I never missed any appointment that was important to my case because it would have negatively affected my sincerity in pursuit to the conclusion.   This review is for Preszler Law Christopher McDougall and Craig McIvor I wanted to deeply thank the team and Christopher for their compassion. Although not every case can be successful depending on the details, the firm was thoughtful and they do know their clients by memory Thank you for the guidance and support during such a difficult time. Your professionalism and kindness made a crushing discovery of my lawsuit not being applicable into a new discovery of thoughtful humans who still work on a merit of integrity 🙂 It’s worth writing a review that lets people know although not every case is set up to win as fault of my lack of knowledge in law, Preszler added insurance to my case and I was able to end it peacefully. I felt seen and it was validating after years of bullying from OP and knowing I had at least one ally. Preszler Just wanted to thank the team for everything I learned so much about life and I will make sure to always put myself first legally 🌸

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience working with Joseph and the entire team. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. Joseph was always responsive, took the time to answer my questions, and made a difficult process much easier to navigate.   I would like this opportunity to recommend Preszler Law Firm for assisting me with my legal issues when other lawyers would not.  I had an encounter with a dog and after 3 months the Medical Professionals, X-rays, and MRI's identified that I had right and left meniscus tears, damaged feet, ankles, and calf muscles.  I was informed that it will be a long road to recovery. After 4 years of therapy I had decided to put closure to my situation as my recovery was not to be 100%. David Bradshaw with his expertise, commitment, knowledge and his approach to my situation led to a successful settlement. I am very grateful to David and his team for the support provided in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend Preszler Law Firm for representation.
