  I cannot recommend Nassim Nasser and the team at Nasser Allan LLP highly enough. I recently went through an incredibly complex, high-conflict, multi-year Supreme Court family law trial involving complicated corporate assets, trust funds, and intense custody disputes.   Nassim handled my case with the utmost professionalism from the initial consultation right through to receiving an extremely surprising victory in the case to my full satisfaction. Janette was extremely receptive and careful with all the details of the case and Natalia and the entire staff of this firm were exceptionally warm and accommodating. My case had technical complexities which Nassim instantly made herself aware of and understood and this increased my confidence in getting a positive result overall. Due to her excellent representation in court on behalf of myself, I ended up getting a full victory including damages which I was not expecting but am extremely grateful to receive.   There are family law attorneys and there are family law attorneys. In our opinion they do not come better than Nassim Nasser of Nasser Allan. Prior to engaging Nasser Allan, we had a series of attorneys that ran from inept to ineffectual. That experience provided us with the ability to discern the inferior from those at the top of their field. Nassim Naser is the real thing. Bright. Quick. Practical. Effective.   I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm, particularly with Ms. Nassim Nasser. Throughout my divorce case, I felt that communication lacked transparency and that the focus was more on billing than on achieving meaningful progress or resolution. I was given expectations that ultimately did not align with the reality of how the case was handled. The process felt unnecessarily prolonged, which added stress during an already difficult time. Unfortunately, I did not feel supported or adequately guided through the legal process. I hope this feedback helps others make an informed decision and encourages the firm to improve its client care and communication.
