Unfortunately, my experience with the lawyer Jeff Niewenburg was not a good one. Jeff was supposed to represent me for several ICBC cases where other drivers had hit me. It had gone pretty well until it came time for their offer. Mr. Niewenburg informed me of their offer. I asked him if I could talk to family or friends about it. He said that we only had 10 minutes. He said that we should take it. He then informed me that he had been taking the time to teach the ICBC lawyer on what to do. He told me that she was new and wasn’t sure on the proceedings. I was upset that he was taking time out to teach another lawyer from my ICBC. I’m sure she had many other coworkers that could’ve done that for her. Again he said I should take the offer. He didn’t allow me time to contact anybody. I couldn’t pull over as I was stuck in traffic. I did not have hands-free at the time. The fact that he had been teaching the ICBC lawyer infuriated me. So I just took the offer. Afterwards, other personal injury lawyers said that the offer was far too low. Unfortunately, my experience witj Murphy Battista was not good in the end.
