  I still remember when I first started searching for a lawyer and how completely clueless I felt about what I was even looking for. During that time, I came across Klein Lawyers and began reading some of their reviews and client stories. Something about them stood out to me. I just knew I had found my team, and so I picked up the phone and decided to call. Now, for the sake of paying it forward, here I am writing my own review for those who may find themselves where I once was. Gordon McCall, Paul Johal, Matthew Cleary, Melissa Leong, Taylor Derrien (and those behind the scenes): The team who guided me through what ultimately became a process lasting several years. Throughout it all, they were professional, patient, and consistently supportive. They communicated clearly, explained every step in a way I could understand, and made sure I always felt informed and confident in the decisions being made. When my settlement finally came through, seeing how genuinely happy they were for me meant more than I can express. It showed me that they truly care about their clients and the outcomes they work so hard to achieve.   Klein Lawyers handled my slip and fall with the utmost professionalism. Paul Johal who was my main contact there, was always polite, courteous and always took the time to not only listen, but to actually hear me. He was kind and empathetic and I'm sad to say that I will miss talking to him. We never met in person, but after 5 years of phone conversations I can honestly say that he is good person and truly great at his chosen profession. I hope you go far in career and beyond Paul.   Klein Lyons have been such a tremendous source of support for my family after an accident. From the moment of contact they took the burden off of me and my family and fought for us to receive the compensation we rightly deserved .   I used Klein Lawyers firm after a motor vehicle accident that was not my fault and that I was injured in. I examined a couple of firms and chose Klein based on their reputation. I am happy with the settlement they negotiated from ICBC on my behalf, and Dona Preston and Gordon McCall were caring and responsive as case managers, respectively. I highly recommend them and the firm.

  I was involved in two car accidents in 2017 and 2019 and finding Klein Lawyers to represent me was the best experience. They made it easy and comfortable right from the start. The whole team was so amazing especially Keiron and the amazingly wonderful positive and efficient case manager Michaela. She was always there for me throughout the whole five years and encouraged my recovery and my settlement very smoothly.
