  I retained a lawyer at Kent Employment Law to handle a legal claim. I paid the required fees. I provided extensive documentation and evidence. I relied on them to protect my rights. They filed a claim, told me everything is fine, but then they did nothing. The lawyer assigned to my case filed a claim and then abandoned the file. He refused to take further action. He refused to respond to my inquiries. He left me in limbo for years while my damages accumulated. He knew I was a person with a disability who relied on him to protect my rights. He chose to walk away. Now the firm is trying to distance itself from its own lawyer's conduct—even though I had a contract with them. Even though they took my evidence in full. Even though they accepted my case. They are now refusing to respond to any of my communications. Not a single reply. They are ignoring me completely. Their abandonment has now potentially prejudiced my legal case. Because of their inaction, the damages have accumulated and the case has grown exponentially larger. And they still refuse to take responsibility. This firm does not care about you. They do not care about justice. They do not care about accountability. They will take your case, take your money, and then leave you stranded when you need them most. If you are considering hiring Kent Employment Law, I strongly urge you to reconsider. They are not your ally. They are not your advocate. They are a business that will discard you the moment you become inconvenient. Avoid this firm at all costs.

  Working with Simon was a seamless and great experience. He's to the point, experienced, and knew what to and not to focus on for the severance package resulting in an efficient process and negotiation for me. At our initial meeting, he came up with an estimated package I deserved. He was able to negotiate that and get almost the same amount. I recommend Simon to anyone who needs to negotiate severance package.
