  Beyond pleased with the experience and outcome from working with Nicole Howell. I was terminated shortly after returning from maternity leave, and having Nicole in my corner gave me peace of mind throughout a pretty stressful process. Nicole is exceptionally thorough and strategic. At times, her preparation sessions felt almost like an interrogation, but it was always clear why: she was making sure every single detail was accurate and that our position was solid. Looking back, I deeply appreciated that level of discipline and attention to detail. She is a clear communicator who sets realistic expectations right from the start. She thinks several steps ahead, so I always understood my options and was never caught off guard. The legal process inherently takes time, but I always knew I was in capable hands. I was so confident that I was actually referring my network to Nicole before my own case was resolved, and every person I sent her way has reported a similarly positive experience. Going up against an employer, including multinational corporations, can be intimidating, but Nicole levels the playing field. I will continue to recommend her and her team without hesitation.

  I had the pleasure of working with Nicole Howell and Jaskiran Gakhal on my employment case. Nicole understood the case from the get-go and kept me reassured during this difficult time. Words cannot express how appreciative I am that Nicole, at the Partner level no less, was involved throughout the process and helped handle the case. Her experience was invaluable. It was evident both Nicole and Jas spent a lot of time reviewing the case materials, and I appreciated the patience and analysis they brought.
