  There aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are to Zach, Cathryn, and the entire team at Crossroads. What was expected to be a basic straightforward financial review turned into a long and exhausting process filled with unexpected delays and challenges. There were moments when it felt like we were taking one step forward and two steps back. Through it all, Zach remained patient, professional, and incredibly dedicated. He always took the time to explain our options and answer our many questions (we definitely had many!). He kept us focused on the bigger picture, even when it wasn’t easy to trust the process. From the very beginning, Zach was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. No matter what challenges popped up, he never lost sight of the goal. With Cathryn’s support, they made an exceptional team. We always felt prepared, informed, and confident that every necessary step was being taken. More importantly we felt heard. We felt seen. We truly felt they cared. By the end of the whole process, we felt like Zach wasn’t just our lawyer but that he had become someone we truly trusted. In fact, when it was finally over, we joked that we were ready to invite him out to celebrate with us! Thanks to Zach and Cathryn, we were finally able to close a chapter that had been hanging over our family for years. We are incredibly grateful for their knowledge, perseverance, compassion, and their willingness to give honest advice (even when it wasn’t always what we wanted to hear). Looking back, Zach was absolutely right when he reminded us to trust the process.   I had heard good things about crossroads law and booked a consultation with Chris Cosentino. We discussed the details of what I expect to be a fairly painless divorce, he seemed knowledgeable and I was looking forward to working with him. However, since our meeting a few weeks ago he’s declined to respond to any of my calls or emails looking to retain his services. Maybe my case didn’t seem lucrative enough? I’m only left to wonder. Judging from the other reviews though, I’m sure it’s a good firm, if you can pass their audition.
