  I retained Trevor and paid the fees and signed a contract to get my legal claim underway. I provided all the documentation and evidence he requested. I operated under the assumption that my case was being actively managed and progressed. That was not the case. Time went by without any indication that anything was happening. Eventually, I learned that he had simply stopped working on my file entirely — but he never told me. No formal withdrawal, no notice, no explanation. Just silence while my case sat untouched and my damages continued to accumulate. He accepted my money, took my information, and then abandoned the work without ever informing me that he was no longer handling it. I had to find out on my own that nothing was being done. I am now taking legal action against him for the harm caused by his abandonment and failure to communicate his withdrawal. This is not how any professional should operate, especially one entrusted with protecting a client's legal rights. If you are considering hiring this lawyer, be aware that he may take your case and simply stop working on it without ever telling you. I learned that lesson the hard way.

  I had a consultation with David Brown and had an excellent experience. He was extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to really understand my situation and explain my options clearly. I never felt rushed, and I left the consultation feeling much more informed and confident about how to move forward. What I appreciated most was that he genuinely seemed to care about the unfair treatment I experienced from my former employer, not just the financial value of the case.   I had an exceptional consultation with Scott D. From the consultation, he was incredibly empathetic to the concerns and took the time to review all our documents in meticulous detail.
