  I came to Priti during one of the hardest times in my life. I was dealing with injuries from two separate accidents, and on top of that, trying to figure out an ICBC system that honestly felt stacked against me. The other side had way more resources. My claim was capped. And there I was, going through all of it on my own, feeling like the smallest person in the room. That changed the second I walked into her office. From day one she was understanding and so comforting. She heard me out, listened patiently, and never made me feel rushed. She had my back the whole time - ready to fight when I needed her to, and patient enough to slow down and explain things when I was lost. She kept me in the loop the entire way. Checked in with me here and there. Never once made me feel forgotten. Before we'd take any step, she'd ask if I was okay with it. And she actually listened, even on the days when I couldn't really put into words what I was trying to say. She helped me make sense of the legal stuff that I never would've understood on my own. At some point it just hit me that she'd taken my case personally. I wasn't expecting that. People always told me lawyers are professional but kind of distant - Priti was both professional AND warm, which I didn't even think was possible. She looked out for me, and she got me a resolution I'm genuinely thankful for. I really don't think I'd have made it through this the same way with anyone else. I'm so grateful for everything she did. I'd recommend her and her whole team to anyone who needs help. She's the kind of person who truly fights for you.   I reached out during a really stressful time in my life, not totally sure what my options were. Priti Khurana of Khurana Law provided a no-nonsense approach and was straight and honest with me from day one. The advice I got was sharp, practical, and easy to understand - no confusing legal jargon, just a clear plan. Priti was very communicative, explaining each step along the way, and I truly felt she advocated for my situation with a very positive result. The end result was better than I'd hoped for, and because of the approach taken, I kept what I was entitled to instead of seeing a huge portion disappear in fees. That alone says a lot.
