I contacted Randhawa Law Center to discuss my employment matter and explained my situation over the phone. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff member I spoke with was rude and unprofessional, and I felt like my concerns were dismissed without proper attention or understanding. The communication felt disrespectful and not client-oriented. I understand that not every law firm can accept every case, but professional behaviour and respectful communication should always be maintained. Based on my experience, I was not satisfied with the level of customer service.
