I had Michelle Chan do a will and Enduring Power of Attorney for me. Both she and her legal assistant, Steven Reed were professional and pleasant to work with. They never rushed anything and carefully explained everything in easy to understand language. I would use this firm again and recommend them.

The receptionist Amber is one of the most approachable ,engaging, and professional frontline person I have met in a lawyer's office in a long time I have worked with many legal teams so I understand the significance of first impressions of a firm are important. This office is lucky to have her. This firm first appears to be new and evolving ,however, it's establishing itself as eager to learn , grow, and be open to share some of this transparency. This takes courage, integrity, and honesty. Although I live out of province, I was confident enough to have made referrals to my friends and colleagues in the area for this firm. They have large portfolios, so they are releaved to have found Tucker Carruthers staff/firm. My family who live here are pleased with their experiences as well...... In the future, and I am lucky enough to return to the dynamic Yukon to live, I will be utilizing this firm as well. As a highly skilled professional working in the field of social services and justice, I rarely give these many stars to any legal firm or organization.

Never had much love for lawyers, but I had to enlist the help of Luke Faught, and he was amazing. Walked me through all my troubles, dumbed it down to something I could understand, and got me the best possible outcome for as little money as possible. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm.
