I switched lawyers after mine stopped trying. I was told this firm was good and would get it done in timely manner. It took 5 years to settle. 3 different lawyers from same firm. As they all kept quitting. I had to pay to get them up to speed every time! My file sat dormant during Covid….how’s that fair! Went to pre trial with the newest lawyer and she knew nothing… and ended up quitting on me right after it! I had to pay for that pre trial which I feel I shouldn’t have. Most stressful 5 years of my life. Choose another firm! Around 50,000 it took. 🧟♀️ and I still didn’t get what was on my list. Once they get their money! They stop talking to you! They don’t care because they got their money!!!

Definitely would not recommend them! This is not a good firm as their lawyers have only their own financial interest in mind over the interests of the client. They would rather see you hang than to properly defend you once they bleed you dry of your cash. They are unethical and have no problem lying to you, letting their clients break the law, love to ignore messages and avoid answering questions! When people contact a higher up above the lawyer they currently have, because of the shoddy work they are receiving or it takes over a year to do a few months job, they shunt you up to a firm Partner who takes on your case. The catch is he then charges you at over double the rate with the same or worse service. If you question their charges or temporarily halt their services at stages of the litigation that you could handle yourself to save on costs, they then drop you as a client just weeks before a court deadline. They are greedy and vindictive, as they purposefully wait until you are most vulnerable and then drop the sword on your neck. Again, they do what's best for them, and not for you. As a consumer you have a right to ask questions about how your money is spent and to decide whether to use a service or not! Scharfstein Law's agenda is to "take as much money from you as they can to give you the poorest service possible." You pay more and get less. What goes around comes around, so if not taken in their lifetime, then it will surely be collected in eternity by the Big Guy. If what I'm saying is true, then there will not be any response from Scharfstein Law.
