We contacted this firm for help with an urgent legal matter. They said someone would contact me tomorrow to set up a consultation. That didn't happen. Went back a week later, I emailed the legal information to them and again was told someone will contact me ASAP to set up a consultation. That didn't happen. More than a week later I called, and was told they don't want my case. Now I've lost two weeks of precious time. Absolutely unprofessional!
