In my early 20s, I’d roll out of a fever-dream weekend, gather up the casualties — cracked screens, drowned phones, electronics that clearly lost a bar fight — and march them over to Robert at Rescue Tech. Somehow, he and his crew would bring them back from the dead like it was a casual Tuesday. Best in the city, no contest. Now in my mid-30s, I still bring Robert the wreckage… it’s just less “broken device” and more “broken chapter of my life,” neatly stapled and ready to be notarized and prepped for court. Same steady service, same calm competence: the guy who used to fix my tech after a disaster is still fixing my life — one small disaster at a time. Service is always top-notch, he’s genuinely willing to help, and he’s the exact kind of small-business owner you want in your community: sharp, reliable, human — and somehow doing it better than the big guys with all their fancy logos and zero soul. I hope I’m dealing with him for years to come… unless he’s planning to retire early on the templars treasure chest I helped fill with booty over the years of broken cell phones and broken dreams.

Went in crying, left smiling! It might look misleading, but I can assure you that Robert is the real deal. My kindness today was influenced by my interaction with him. We realized once we got there that we should have called ahead. So make sure to check availability before taking a chance like we did!
