  We reached out regarding our daughter’s student permit renewal and were impressed from the start. The team responded within an hour. It was easy to book an emergency consultation for the very next day with Mr. Yves Martineau. Mr. Martineau came well-prepared, having read our notes in advance. During the consultation he listened carefully, was kind and considerate, and provided clear, precise guidance. He drafted a detailed letter with all the relevant references during our meeting, sharing his screen so we could follow along and fully understand his recommendations.   One of the nicest, kindest experiences I’ve had. I’ve been an immigrant my whole life on different countries, and Mr. Martineau’s service has the qualities that assures you that his work quality, it’s due to a job done by vocation, which makes a true difference throughout the experience. I didn’t have such a positive experience with the other lawyer in the firm, and it’s true is challenging to reach the reception at times, so my suggestion would be to make sure you start the process in advance to avoid delays. Other than that, every interaction we have had with Mr. Martineau has been completely respectful, informative, punctual, professional, comfortable, trustworthy, kind, and has answered all our questions, making sure we understand to move forward on every step. I decided to continue the process of permanent residence with him. Even though it was a challenging process, I was confirmed as a permanent resident of Canada. I will continue other immigration process with him, I highly recommend to trust this firm with your immigration process as well.
