  Terrible group of lawyers. Imagine being hit by a car as a pedestrian, being dragged around the street and suffering broken bones, trauma and lacerations galore and then having the spvm not investigate it. Then you conduct your own investigation and found video evidence, witness statements and submitted that to the police, only for the spvm to say the case was closed 6 months after the incident (hospitalized for that time). Then the saaq refuses to pay for lost wages, so you lose your home, your family, and end up homeless. Then you find a group of lawyers who were supposed to help out with that and they just keep dragging things on, never getting anywhere and giving you excuse after excuse. So yea this group that's supposed to fight for you, just fails.

  I attempted to engage this company, and I provided all the identifiable information up front. First they wouldn't even respond to my emails despite a referral from another law company. Then they replied briskly "Call us". I was charged $220 for the consultation and the very first thing I was asked when I got on the phone was very private information about me such as my DOB. I work in cybersecurity, and law companies are hacked left and right on daily basis, and this information ends up on dark web. I was so startled by this immediate request and questioned this approach. I obviously paid with my credit card on my name and address, the phone number I used is also publicly tied to my name, so my identity was confirmed. The male lawyer on the other end would not even engage or explain anything, said "We won't work with you" and immediately hung up on me. Our phone call lasted 2 min 14 seconds. The Barreau du Québec (the regulatory body for Quebec lawyers) explicitly mandates that attorneys must act with dignity, courtesy, and moderation. Hanging up on a paying client and throwing an unprofessional tantrum for asking a question completely violates those standards. I can't recommend this company to anyone. If customer service is so bad in the beginning I can't imagine how bad it would get later on.

  We’re very late in writing this but better late than never! My husband’s case was quite complicated and had been made a complete mess by incompetent lawyers at another law firm. He had wasted 4 years with the awful law firm and by the grace of god we found Me. Lambert! He is sweet, understanding, knowledgeable, talented and has a heart like we have never seen before. He guided us through every twist and turn, he helped my husband through some of his darkest moments and till this day he is still helping us through the last parts of his case. Thanks to Me. Lambert my husband not only won the first part of his case but he gave him back a big part of his life! We honestly don’t have the words to describe how truly amazing Me.
