  We are extremely satisfied with the excellent work of the Chalati team (Tian and Anna) to process a homologation of POA for my father. There was an urgency to this process and the team was so helpful in contacting all the parties involved to get it done as quickly as possible.   I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by my lawyer Dahlia and her team in handling my late uncle’s estate. My uncle, a Canadian resident based in Montreal, passed away during the COVID period. As a Singaporean living between Melbourne and Singapore, managing his estate from abroad could have been an overwhelming and complex process. However, Dahlia and her team handled everything with remarkable professionalism, efficiency, and care. They took on the full scope of responsibilities seamlessly — from identifying and consolidating all of my uncle’s assets, to locating insurance policies and shareholdings that were not immediately apparent. They also coordinated the sale of his property by engaging a reliable real estate agent, managed communications with the tax authorities, and arranged for proper accounting through a qualified accountant. What stood out most was their ability to manage the entire process remotely. Every step was handled electronically, making it incredibly convenient and stress-free despite the geographical distance.   I have now had to use Chalati Notaire on four occasions. Each time I was afforded professional, courteous and efficient service. From fixing appointments to paying fees, the administration of the Office is exemplary. Most importantly, however, is the professionalism of the legal assistance. No question goes unanswered and/or unexplained. There is no watching the time when assisting with advice. Products are delivered in a timely, structured and coherent manner; follow-up is clearly provided. Out-of-appointment assistance and guidance is equally effective. I would and have highly recommended engaging this Office.
