Very dishonest company and complaint has been filed accordingly with authorities. A simple question by email to get a quote turned into a huge bill. The woman on the phone never told us that calls or minutes would be charged. Horrible experience, stay away from this. There are so many other similar reviews I hope management can do something about it. As consumers, you have better and trustworthy CPA members. Go there and protect yourself as public members.

I described my situation in the request form and was told by email that they would be able to help me. At the consultation appointment, I was told that they wouldn't be able to help me, and referred to two firms who they said might or might not be able to handle the matter I described. Neither of these are actually legal firms or employ lawyers. A useless waste of time.
