  After the firm received my 5k retainer my calls and emails went unanswered. When I contacted the firm they informed me that the lawyer in charge of my case was no longer with the firm for reasons they did not want to disclose. After apologizing and transfering me to another council to my suprise and to my expense they were informed that there was a conflict of interest in which they were 100% responsable. They informed me that they could no longer represent me. Not only was my 5k retainer completely depleted for absolutely nothing in return but the firm had the audacity to try and bill me for a extra 700$ which they quickly removed once I complained.

  Attention⚠️‼️⛔️Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I deeply regret hiring this lawyer Pierre Gagnon. After paying the full amount, my file was left unattended for several weeks. I had no updates at all, so I had to go to his office in person just to find out what was happening with my case. When I saw him, I told him that I had already paid. He replied that he didn’t know my payment had been made — yet that brief, unproductive encounter was still billed as a full consultation. On top of that, I was also charged for simply sending an email reminding him that the deadline had already passed. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism, communication, and respect toward clients. Charging a client for your own delays and administrative mistakes is not only unfair — it’s unethical. I strongly advise anyone looking for serious and respectful legal representation to stay away from this firm.

  My experience with Alepin Gauthier was less positive than I had hoped. While the team was knowledgeable, communication was often delayed, and I found it difficult to get timely updates on my file. This made the process feel longer and more stressful than it needed to be. For the cost of their services, I expected more proactive follow-ups and clearer guidance throughout

  BEWARE! They take your money for the initial consult and then ghost you ( ie: never contact you thereafter). No matter how many emails and messages you leave to the lawyer or their assistant. In my case I dealt with Pierre David Gagnon. His office refuses to contact me for any kind of follow up. SUMMARY: They take your money and run. They're SCAM artists "allegedly". I have no proof the ENTIRE organization is a scam but I can only echo what many others here have experienced - my money was taken and NO SERVICE was rendered. Update: I just received a personal email from them threatening to sue me if I didn't retract my statements here on Google Reviews so I repeat, they are "ALLEGEDLY" scamming people out of money without rendering service. Their threatening email has been the only time I have heard back from them and it was only to threaten me. You'll note they say in their reply that they can offer no service unless a legal mandate is signed. They don't add that they never sent a legal mandate out to be signed. That would require contacting me... which they never did... until they threatened to sue me for defamation for my Google Review. Just go find someone else. TRUST me!

  BEWARE!!!! Absolutely unacceptable experience – do not trust this company with your time or money. After they eagerly sent the payment link, communication completely stopped. It’s been over two weeks with zero follow-up. I’ve called every number available, and every time I request to speak with a manager, I’m routed straight to a voicemail—no return calls, no accountability. This company is shockingly unprofessional and clearly only cares about getting paid—not about delivering service or supporting their clients. Their negligence and disregard are beyond frustrating. Save yourself the stress. Go with a company that values its clients. ZERO STARS.
